Here's a recipe for Kulfi Ice Cream, a popular frozen dessert that's similar to ice cream but has a richer, creamier texture and a distinct flavor:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • Ice cream molds or small plastic cups
  • Wooden popsicle sticks

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, condensed milk, sugar, and ground cardamom until well combined.

  2. Stir in the chopped pistachios and almonds.

  3. Pour the mixture into ice cream molds or small plastic cups. Cover with aluminum foil and insert a wooden popsicle stick into each mold.

  4. Freeze the Kulfi Ice Cream for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until it's firm.

  5. To serve, remove the molds from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Gently remove the Kulfi Ice Cream from the molds by running them under warm water or dipping them into a bowl of warm water.
